1. The service
EmpowerXRP is subscription software that provides order-sizing tools, risk rules, price displays, position tracking and educational material for the XRP Ledger decentralized exchange.
2. Non-custodial
We never hold, store, access or transmit your funds, crypto assets or private keys. Every transaction is reviewed and signed by you in your own wallet. We are not an exchange, broker, dealer or money services business.
3. No advice, no guarantees
Nothing in the service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We make no promise of profit or any particular result. Crypto assets are volatile and you may lose some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for securing your wallet, keys and devices, and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. Keys stored in your browser can be lost if browser data is cleared; keep your own backup.
5. Subscription and billing
The plan is billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at signup. The fee does not depend on trading volume or results. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or to interfere with the service or other users.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, network or ledger failures, wallet issues, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Questions can be sent through the support contact in the app.
