What we collect

Your account name and email, your public XRP Ledger wallet address, your bot settings and trade records created in the app, and basic usage data.

What we never collect

We never collect or store your private keys or wallet secrets. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

How we use it

To run the service, show your positions and history, process your subscription, provide support, and keep the service secure.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers needed to run the service (hosting, Stripe for payments, Xaman for signing requests) or when required by law.

Public ledger

Transactions you sign are recorded on the public XRP Ledger, which is visible to anyone and cannot be deleted by us.

Retention and your rights

We keep account data while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data through the support contact in the app, in line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA / Alberta PIPA).

We may update this policy and will show the new date at the top of this page.
